customer feedback staff lovely atmosphere breakfast river view comfortable night sleep poor dinner selection expensive red wine shower temperature adjustment
The staff demonstrated care for customer feedback and worked to ensure a nice stay, i felt this was very sweet. the breakfast had a lovely selection, it made me think of when i was a child. we were close to the m6, it was easy to stop over. The river view was really pretty, almost amazing.
the dinner selection seemed limited, it was disappointing. the cheapest red wine was quite expensive, it felt unfair. our room was missing a bath towel for the second person, it was a small issue. the shower's temperature was hard to adjust, we used the bath, i didn't like that.

Decent location, needs attention
traffic noise limited selection
I encountered some issues . The traffic noise was constant due to the location near the highway. The room felt basic. It lacked some of the comforts I expected. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The selection was very limited, and the quality did not meet expectations.

adequate stay but several issues need attention
damp smell mold on tiles
the location just off the m6 was convenient.
My room smelled of damp, something i found very off-putting. the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, a slip hazard really. black mold was present on the tiles. I feel that the room cleanliness was below standard.
